Meditation Instruction and Therapy

Meditation is a practice in which one trains the mind to quiet or induces an altered state of consciousness. Medical studies have shown that people who meditate tend to have fewer health issues, tend to age more slowly, are more mindful of what they eat and have a stronger immune system than those who do not meditate.
