Chakra Clearing and Balancing
The chakras are our life force energy centers. Each center connects to vital points in our physical body; organs, arteries, glands etc. The health and vitality of our chakras influence the health and vitality of our overall wellbeing. Each chakra correlates with a color and governs certain aspects of your life (physical, emotional, mental and spiritual).
What is Chakra Clearing and Balancing?
We use several different energy techniques depending on what is needed. Chakra clearing will help remove blocks from your chakras that may be preventing you from moving forward. Clearing can help you to let go of past issues and forgive. Chakra balancing does just what it says, it balances your chakras so they are all
spinning with the same force. Clearing and balancing opens the chakras so that you can live a fuller and richer life experience.

What are Chakras?
We have many chakras, but our focus will be on the 8 main body chakras as well as 3 additional chakras that are also important for our wellbeing.
The 8 main chakras’ are Root, Sacral, Solar Plexus, Heart, High Heart, Throat, Third Eye or Pineal and Crown. The 3 additional chakras are Earth Star, Soul Star and Unity Consciousness.
The Earth Star Chakra (reddish brown) located below our feet. This Chakra connects us to Mother Earth physically and spiritually. It is very important to have a healthy unblocked Earth Star Chakra so you remain connected to Mother Earth. This connection helps us to feel grounded and centered, as though we stand on firm ground. Physically this chakra connects to our feet and legs.
The Root Chakra (red) located between your legs. If you are male this would be in the area of your testicles. This Chakra also connects us to Mother Earth. This Chakra deals with many of our emotional needs, issues of security and our basic physical needs, food, shelter etc.
The Sacral Chakra (orange) located in the area of your bladder. Emotionally and mentally Chakra deals with your sexual function or dysfunction, reproduction, relationships, and parental issues. Physically this chakra deals with your sex organs, bladder, etc.
The Solar Plexus Chakra (yellow) located above your navel. Emotionally and mentally this chakra is your power, the sun, your identity. Physically this chakra connects to your liver, pancreas, stomach, gall bladder, intestines, etc.
The Heart Chakra is really two chakras (green). This is located in the center of your chest between your breasts. Emotionally and Mentally the chakra deals with love, relationships and love of self. You must love yourself first! Physically this chakra attaches to the physical heart, arteries, veins, liver, lungs, etc.
The High Heart Chakra (pink) located above the heart chakra around the thymus gland. This chakra deals with love also. This is the chakra of unconditional love, unity and oneness. Physically this chakra attaches to the thymus and the immune system.
The Throat Chakra (blue) located in the throat. Emotionally and mentally chakra deals with communication. Speaking your truth with love and kindness. Physically this chakra also deals with communication, the vocal cords, esophagus, lungs, trachea, etc.
The Third Eye or Pineal Chakra (indigo) located between the brows. Physically this chakra connects to the pineal gland and the endocrine system. Emotionally, mentally and spiritually this is the chakra of our sixth sense. The four Clairs are centered here. Clairvoyance (seeing), Clairsentience (feeling) Claircongizance (knowing) and Clairaudience (hearing). This can effect dreams and connections with your guides.
The Crown Chakra (Violet) located at the top of your head. Physically this chakra connects to our brain, the hard drive of the human body. Emotionally and mentally this chakra connects to our thoughts and beliefs. Emotionally and spiritually this chakra is our connection with our higher-self.
The Soul Star Chakra (white) located above your head. Physically and spiritually this chakra connects your soul to the Divine (whatever that is for you).
The Unity Conscious Chakra (Pure Light) is located above the Soul Star Chakra and connects us to the Oneness of all. This is the place of the Divine wisdom that we can all access, the connection to all souls.
